BEWARE of this company. The KTJ stands for Kim, Thomas, Ray and James. Kim provided poor workmanship and very unprofessional. He cussed and yelled about something almost every 20-30min and while I was on conference call for work. He started coming to work later and later. Then started asking for money after the agreed down payment. When I tried to fire him he got very angry and yelled and cussed at me. I was afraid for my safety and luckily had someone big there in case he got physical. Tom is just a partner that knows nothing about flooring and called said he would send someone else to finish the job. The other person he sent was James but all he did was take pictures to give to Tom. Tom then called me almost a week later close to 10pm on a Saturday, from a Private Number threatening me to pay more money and that he was going to put on lien on my house. BEWARE of these guys. I am putting a restraining order on place and will have to sue them for the damage to my home.

Kim Ray and Tom did a beautiful job installing the new floor. My husband and I are happy with the end result. We will call them again for our fencing project.
