Tim was wonderful to work with. He kept me well informed of the progress, his schedule, and even sent me photos when I was out of town. His pricing was fair and reasonable, work was very good quality. He was honest, up front and did not give false expectations. Working with him was like having a close family friend helping out on a project. I wouldnâ t hesitate using KTM for future projects. In fact, he took on another project for me before completion of the first. I gave a 5 STAR rating because from beginning to end, the experience with KTM was perfect.
