did a good job very polite but they did not paint was not the job i hired them to do i hired them to build 2 partial walls and they did a good job but,wish they would have trimmed the ceiling piece on the second wall on the third floor but i did not specify that.

EXCELLENT service! EXCELLENT product! EXCELLENT workmanship! EXCELLENT cleanup! EXCELLENT all around work and definitely will have them back to do other work. They are professional and good people. I appreciated their honesty and of course their promptness with calling and providing the job date for the job with the estimate. We needed to get additional color matching pieces and Keith made sure I was aware and then scheduled the job for priority to complete. I absolutely found this whole process as one easy situation to work with and I will most definitely have them back. There was not a thing I had to do but wait to see the work completed and give my stamp of approval. These guys worked in freezing weather to install also. I mean freezing and they still showed and completed the install of a complete front porch gutter. This was the thing needed to prevent the waterfall from the porch roof. I wanted this not to detract from the front of the house and he matched it and made sure it looked good. The aesthetic quality of this is actually beyond any words.

K & T responded to my inquiry quickly and provided a very reasonable quote for several small projects. The work was completed promptly and was extremely well done. They were easy to work with and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I will definitely be calling them again, and highly recommend their work! (Don't be confused by the "Power Washing" listing, although I'm sure they would do a wonderful job with that as well; my projects all involved handyman services - nail pops, sanding/painting/staining, siding repair!)

The guys who run the company are ok. The people they hire are terrible. The quality of the painting is poor.

"First off you wanted us to cover up damage to your home by termites that was so bad you had professionals come out and put poison all around your house and traps !!! Your window seals were so bad they were falling apart!! You wanted us to cover up all the damage because you were selling the house!!! Then we used the paint you provided the first coat was a water base paint !!!! When we ran out of that you wanted us to use a oil base paint which I told you is not a good idea!!! Also your neighbors came over to talk to us and said its about time you did something with the place !!!! The left corner of the house was eaten away by termites we had to replace a 1/4 of the house it was so bad and falling apart"

They installed gutter guards. They were really quick to look at the gutters and gave a quote the same day. easy to work with and gave me many options.

Doesn't deal with contracts and uses subcontractors that may not be reliable.
