KTPrimo, LLC - Unlicensed Contractor

I had a horrible experience with Ken. He charged 24K for a bathroom remodel which was way overpriced, but he said that he could get it done on time, and with premium quality. He went a month over the project deadline, and whenever I asked when it would be done his response would be that it would be done but the end of the week. When I talked to him about how their should be a fee go going past so much he then brought up about 10K worth of additional work. We agreed that the total amount would be 20K for the whole job. However, he then rushed the rest of the job to make sure he didn?t go past the end of the month which resulted in many issues. When putting in the vinyl he broke the transition piece between the bathroom and the bedroom. There were two holes in the wall, one in next to the door, and one above the bedroom door. The wood above the door handle was chipped, and finally the piping for the sink was leaking. When asked if he would fix any of the items he simply replied with no.

Ken contractor informed me that he is professional contractor unfortunately he is not he doesnâ t know anything about the remodeling or construction job he is junior contractor with no helpers I hired other contractor to fix what he try to do , I lost a lot of money because of his bad work that he assigned for Bad quality

David showed up exactly on time. After reviewing the projects, he started right in. He saved me money by repairing instead of replacing my railing. He listened to my preferences as he hung my curtain rods. He expertly installed a lock on my shed, and finished it off beautifully, even making sure the plates could not be removed. He worked quickly and carefully; I am very satisfied with his work. On top of it all, he was very friendly. He kept at his work even while we chatted. Not quite what I expected.

The man who did the work was courteous and thorough, however, his boss Ken tried to pad the price. The worker was gone two hours and never asked us where the closest hardware store was. You go to a job, assess it, then get the parts and return. You do not make trips back and forth. Ken tried to make excuses and charge us more, adding time, charging for the driving. My husband got the price down $140. That is not good business at all. Sorry, won't go back.
