Took a $5500 deposit to install a heating unit and run a gas line. I told him, I would not make any payments until a permit was pulled. Apparently, he is not licensed, and another company pulled the permit for him. Unfortunately, I did not find this out, until he started ghosting us . Two months later, and numerous phone calls, and Todd will not return any calls or text. He dug a trench, using my shovels, as he had no equipment, and purchased a $1200 heater. no other work has been completed. Two months of constant excuses as to why he could not get the work done, until finally, he stopped contacting us altogether, after I wouldn't give him more money to fuse a gas line that he lied and said the gas company required this type of connection. After researching, he was previously investigated in Colorado Springs (see attached)

I wouldn't recommend them they don't do what they say they are going to do.

Todd and his crew did a very nice job with a variety of smaller projects in preparation for selling my house.

Todd and his crew did an outstanding job on my new deck. It's truly beautiful and it greatly enhanced my house. Todd get me a fair quote and took the time to respond to my questions. Prior to Todd, I had two other people to give me quotes for my deck but they never returned my calls when they realized that it was a smaller project. Todd was very professional--he kept me informed of every aspect of the project. In addition, he did some smaller projects for me for no or minimum cost. I plan to use KT Service, LLC for future house repairs and remodeling.

Todd was very friendly, took the time to answer my questions and the job was completed on time. Enjoyed working with him.

They were timely in returning phone calls and answering questions. On time to the job and completed quality work. I hired them to rehang a front door that got misaligned. They got the job done and cleaned up after the job.

I could not say enough good things about them. They were very punctual and all around just wonderful.

I'm a contractor too and Kerrie is one of the best I've worked with. It's hard to find good help and hard workers, he's great and takes great pride in his work as well. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work.
