We at Ashburn Condo in Renton gave KTT a big job: pressure wash, dry rot and painting our 15 buildings. KTT did complete the job on time and they did better than what they promised to do. After first job they made us very happy, Our Board of Directors will be giving them another job for moss cleaning for all 54 buildings. We will think of KTT when we need them for construction.
