All went well. I did 25% of the work ahead of time (unscrewing the pipes except for (1). Wayne did not have the unclogging tool with him and left to buy one? The reason for not giving 5 stars. He had good advice for the future.

Wayne was very helpful in understanding and explaining my issue. He even went an extra step and purchased the faucet needed from Home Depot. I also had him look at my running toilet and he was able to replace the valve and stop it from running. He was very knowledgeable of the plumbing business. I would definitely ask for him again.

I like the fact that he was honest. We bought a house for rental purposes and had an I Spector come out so we have been Dy the fix update listed on it. The plumber indicated that something was not needed.
