We want to Thank Ken Jr. (Owner), Ken Sr., Sean, Dustin, Juan, Shaun and Brooke who work for KV Electric in Pasadena MD for their professionalism and superior service provided to us. Ken Jr. was outstanding in explaining the 22kw Standby Home Generator and upgrade of the electrical panel during our initial meeting, his professionalism and friendly manner sold us on going with KV Electric. Ken took the time to help layout a plan on where the best place was to install the generator. Brooke their Office Operations manager is a one-man show she kept us informed of installation day, electrical work, and concrete pad pouring. When the weather did not hold up Brooke was spot on with informing us of changes required due to the snow. Sean installed the electrical panel and upgraded circuits besides tagging all the circuits for us, he was so quiet I did not know he was even here. Ken Sr., Dustin, Juan, and Shaun worked tireless installing the generator while water was flowing from the drain spout, for the snow and ice were melting and making a mudding mess. Ken Sr. placed cardboard all around the area so the team would not be standing in mud. Ken even took away the mudding cardboard and I informed him I would do it, that tells you all about the ethics of this Team. We received the highest degree of hospitality and superior service from KV Electric, their outgoing personality, demeanor and willingness to help in the smallest detail made it a pleasure to have KV Electric in our home.
