I tried Mr. Appliance because Sears Appliance Repair could not come out for another 4 weeks. Very knowledgeable technician with older Whirlpool double oven. The digital display board was fried and new ones are no longer made for this model. He sent out the board and had it refurbished and installed 2 weeks later. Cost me $700 but a lot less than $3k for a new double oven.

Great customer service and they fixed my dishwasher in a timely manner. My dishwasher has been working perfectly since they fixed it. I loved that they texted me when the technician was within 1 hour away from my appointment and even sent me a picture of the technician so I knew who would be showing up at my door. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Danielle was great. Excellent service. She diagnosed the problem. Came back out the next day with the part. Only one trip charge which went towards the bill. Glad to have my washer working again!

Came on time. Professional. Examined my my non-working refrigerator. Diagnosed a bad fan motor and possibly the compressor. Recommended that I junk it because it would cost at least $700 or more to repair, depending on what else they found. Appreciated their honesty! Definitely recommend!,,
