Mr. Appliance was responsive and professional. They determined the compressor for our fridge was dead and quoted the compressor replacement at $1000. We discussed the price of the quote, and the technician was very honest about how the cost was built up. We decided to not repair the fridge and ended up purchasing a new fridge.
