From a functionality perspective, the work was fine, especially on the exterior roofing. Cosmetically and in regards to other damage, they caused, not so much. They stepped through my ceiling while working on my roof. After ~5 visits, it is still apparent to anyone in my bedroom that they caused a big hole in the ceiling and did not repair it to match the remainder of the ceiling. Paint, texture, and fit are all a mismatch. In an attempt to fix the ceiling white paint was left on my sand-color walls. I had to repaint that myself to get it to match. On the exterior, they had several feet of flashing left exposed and damaged nearby trim leaving exposed wood. They did put a coat of non-matching paint over the bare wood to protect it from further weather damage. UPDATE: Ken (the owner) threatened me with a frivolous lawsuit if I did not remove the review based on my negative experience. I fear this may be how he maintains high ratings. Based on this threat, I was forced to lower my rating further.

Did the work in a timely fashion and worked on other projects in the same day

They did a great job. hey did not just come in and rush through the job they actually took their time to make sure they did it right, including putting the lighting rods back in the proper place when they completed the job. I was very impressed with their cleanup up.. I found only one nail after they left, unlike neighbors who still find them. They did a great job and I would Ken again for any work he may do, and I have already recommended him to friends..

KW Remodeling promptly repaired our roof. They were very responsive to our repair request.

I got 3 bids. I tossed one out for being totally inadequate. i decided to go with architectural shingles and KW Remodeling had the best price. They were very responsive and completed the whole house reroofing in 1 day including cleanup.

The job was finished in one day; a total roof replace, including attached garage and large sun room. Cleaned up very well.

Found ground faults not sufficiently grounded. One partial circuit kept going on and off.

Ken's was one of three estimates I sought for roof replacement. His responses to my calls and texts were prompt, and helpful. He was extremely helpful in shingle selection and provided a really reasonable estimate for the work. Ken's crew was extremely conscientious about the landscaping around my home, and the clean-up was so thorough it's hard to believe that anything happened except for the fact that I have a beautiful new roof. Ken is very personable. You feel like you might have known him in high school, and one senses a genuine sense of integrity on his part. If you gauge such things in dollars, I will say that Ken's estimate was fair and within market parameters, and that it was exactly what he charged. I have a couple of other projects in my home that need looking after, and I will not hesitate to call Ken because I believe he will give me an honest assessment of what needs to be done, and a reasonable estimate of how much it will cost to fix it. It is a pleasure to recommend him to you.

Ken is very professional and knows his business. I picked him over the other two mainly because he pointed out that the large shed needed a new roof also as it would be a necessary asset when I decide to sell.
