Ken performed an excellent job on removing/replacing my home roof and fixing two skylights. He uses a team of professionals, that started early and finished the job during the same day. Before they left, they thoroughly cleaned the surrounding areas and used strong magnets to remove the last nail around my house. Based on proven Quality and Affordability, hands-on communication, I would recommend this business for any sort of home improvement within the Triangle Research Park: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, NC.

My issue with this company is that their pricing is high, which I am willing to pay, that comes with an expectation of excellent communication and stellar implementation. The contractor on site was nice but would leave without telling me and did not show up when expected. They fixed ceiling pops and that work looks great, and the outside work looks fine, but there was a hook bar I wanted installed that was not successful. I do not fault them for that other than they led me to believe it would be successful as-is, and offered no discount on their high pricing when it was not.

Have had a great experiance with Ken (KW Remodeling). Response to request for an estimate. Scheduled quickly and the work was done on Sunday, Mothers Day. Ken fo;;owed up on every aspect of the work. The work crew was efficient, finished the work quickly and cleaned up thoroughly.
