Mr Munoz was professional and EXTREMELY patient with me as I went back and forth deciding on a color. He arrived on time, was very responsive to my questions and did an EXCELLENT job. I will definitely recommend him.

I was on assignment out of town and hired Robert Munoz, owner of KZD Specialist to complete some repairs I had been working on. Contracted to have him finish painting the left side of the exterior of the home, 3rd story left and right gable, and replace rotting tongue and groove front porch boards. When he finished the painting jobs my wife pointed out that the windows had not been scraped. He said his company dos not scrape windows. The porch repair was substandard. Instead of replacing the rotten boards, he cut less than two foot boards and pieced them in. There were gaps in the wood, the boards were not staggered, they began and terminated next to adjacent boards. He painted over some rotten boards to hide the rot. He used the wrong type of nails and within a few days these small boards began to pop out. My wife found a rotten area where the paint came loose and there was a hole in the board. She paid a neighbor to secure loose boards. I met with Mr. Munoz today and showed him the problems with the porch repair. I reminded him that I was a licensed home inspector and property adjuster and the repair job was substandard. I showed him a copy of the lowest bid for the porch repair. He has refused to take responsibility for this mess. It became clear that Mr. Munoz is not qualified to do this type of work. Beware of KZD Painting specialist and the owner Robert Munoz. I have taken photos of the problems with the porch repair.

We were very impressed with the quality of work that was performed. Ruben and his crew were great to work with and he made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We would highly recommended them to family and friends.

We hired this company to do some work the painting and clean up was excellent but there was some corrections that needed to be done on the fence that was installed I was told the didn't have the equipment with them needed to make the correction and they would return in a few days but they never returned I called and left several messages and even spoke with Ruben Several times but they never returned to complete the corrections on the fence I was disappointed that they didn't return to complete the process they were paid to complete. If someone hires them they shouldn't pay this company until the work is completely satisfied and complete.

Ruben was on time but went over in costs which was acceptable but cleanup was poor and they never came back to fix mistakes and never completed anything in the garage as they were paid to do. He said he would return garage portion of payment but he won't return calls or texts. Buyer beware!
