Got 5 quotes and he was by far the lowest quote, friendliest, and most honest. Very professional, clean, and good work. The front office was easy to work with too. I would recommend. These are Good people.

I needed my 35 year old AC replaced and quickly. Kad Heating and Cooling was always on time (for the estimate, equipment removal and final installation) and followed up each time with either a text, email or phone call. They were courteous, well mannered, knowledgeable, safe and aware of our needs and concerns. They answered all of my questions and worked with me to get the job done as scheduled. They worked carefully, but quickly and their workmanship was of the highest quality. I am extremely pleased with their work and the results. I highly recommend Kad H&C for any HVAC installation.

Purchased a whole new Payne system from KAD. Pricing was fair and The owner did not try and rip you off. Most other companies would have charged you the same for a crappy Goodman set up.

I asked Rodney if nhe would instal a humidfier when he was installing the new furnace.. He did a great job on both installs. I'm a senior citizen and I have a Home Shield contract that only gave me a small amount for the new furnance. Rodney was ready and willing to nogotiate a price to see that I had heat.It's good to see that Him and his wife Stacy still believe in helping out the elderly. this is why I give them 5 stars. I definately recommend Kad Heating and Cooling for your next project
