I highly recommend Sean Gustin’s work with Kadywampus Construction/ Precision Epoxy Solutions. He built a lanai for me and visualized, planned and executed it staying within budget and scheduled timeframe. I got two bids for the project, and his bid was lower and reasonable. He drew up a contract and communicated when he needed money draws as each stage was completed. He was timely, professional and responsive. The finished product was beautiful and added value to my house. He is a fine craftsman and takes pride in his work. After the lanai, he also engaged in sundry household repairs including fixing doors, installing a new water heater, painting a coconut mobile, table and stairs, making a retractable futon frame, and changing out a window. No job was too big or small for him. He has fine problem-solving skills. Hire Kadywampus Construction/ Precision Epoxy Solutions; you will be very happy with the result.

The owner, Sean, was very personal and knowledgeable of his job. He was out to please and thought his rates were comparable to what other businesses charge. I will probably call him again and recommend him to others.

They were on time and did a great job. When they were done they not only took their trash to the dump, but they also took some of ours and all of the trash left behind by the handyman on a previous project. We are planning on using them again on future projects. Having worked as a handyman many years ago, I was very impressed overall.

Repair done quickly and professionally!!

Entrusted Sean with a family treasure- door taken from my families 1838 home. Sean had vision and was able to create a unique kitchen table with bench from mango wood. I was able to add family photographs under glass to create a treasured conversation piece. New family heirloom that will be passed to next generation. SO PLEASED with workmanship and customer service. Highly recommend. Will be using Kadywampus again for future projects!

Worst Handyman ever! Failed to show up for appointments. Never gave me a receipt for materials, even though promised. Didn't have the right parts, or tools. Failed to secure gutter to house, which creates a waterfall of leaks when it rains. Overcharged for labor. Beware! Rips off disabled kupuna.

Sean came to my house to replace/repair my screen door. It didn't slide anymore because of a stuck wheel. First, we decided on, what seemed to be the easiest option, to replace the door. It turned out the replacement door didn't fit. Sean took a second look at my door and started to repair it. Prior to this I was told by several people the wheel couldn't be repaired. He did a great job and I was very happy with the result of the repair.
