We hired them to do an install. They were not very prompt to respond to calls. Would not show up when scheduled. He was courteous, but always having "family" problems. We ended up firing him and he never even came back to get his tools, we still have them in a box. We ended up going with another contractor who was there on time and completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction. It did suck having to pay twice for the work. Kaelen's cashed our checks the day they got them, but didn't complete the job.

very low to respond .hard to get ahold of they said he was having family problems.gave him $500 to start this job and he cashed my check but has not started project as of 03/13/2017.weather has been a factor but he lost 10 days of mild weather that he could have done the power washing of deck.i did receive a formal quote by e-mail very quick after I contacted him and met with him at my home to review project. he asked that deposit be made out to him ,Brandon Wade as he did not have company bank account which now concerns me as he has cashed my check but no work has been preformed as of this date. I realize weather plays into this fact but I am still concerned that work will be preformed as communication with him has been spotty at best.i will keep you informed when work is started and / or completed but felt I should document what has happen so far which concerns me

Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install
Has been partially paid already but has not completed the job and left the property a complete mess. In addition, none of my calls and attempts to reach him are being returned.
