Had to have 16 feet of rotted sill beam replaced on a 100 year old two story colonial house. It was a challenging job, but Jamin and his hard-working crew it done in two days. The workmanship was excellent and the structure is dramatically better. The price reflected the difficulty of the job and the expertise required to get it done. I good with it all. I would definitely hire Kaes remodeling & contract company for any further work that I couldn't handle myself.

Jamin and his crew of three hard working conscientious guys replaced about 20 feet of rotten sill on my 100 year old colonial house. A tough, nasty project, they got it done ahead of schedule and at a fair price. There were no communication to be concerned with and the politeness of the whole crew was exemplary. I am very pleased with the whole project and process. I highly recommend Kaes home remodel and contract company.
