Dan came to my I showed him what needed to repaired. He understood my needs and job as it was a little complex, a little more than just a replacement of a head. I needed rerun a fresh water line to my pool and he knew exactly how to repair it. Job took almost half a day. His work was outstanding and he also fixed some heads, a valve, my water line that I had dreams of tearing up my home to get water to the pool. Dan is the man! Price was fair.

He came out, fixed the issues that we agreed to. we walked the property, I thought everything was good. Then I turned on my individual zones, zone 1 turned zone 6 on. Zone 6 turned on zone 3. He had re-wired everything incorrectly. when I called him to tell him, he was completely RUDE, completely DEFENSIVE. He spoke and treated me awful, it was so offensive. However, he did correct the issue. Here I am, my sprinklers are broke again. Even when my sprinklers are OFF, water is spewing from the sprinkler head. This isn't a problem with a 'broken head', this is a problem with how he set up the system. I now have my water shut completely off from the main. When I called him, he actually asked me to sign something that says I WILL NEVER CALL HIM AGAIN. He's so offensive, completely unprofessional, absolutely the rudest person I have ever met and the biggest problem. HE DOESN'T STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. When you call back, he is defensive. I would NEVER recommend this man. After 1300 dollars in initial visit repairs which I have been told by at least three people I was ridiculously overcharged, I'm left with a system that doesn't work. VERY UPSET. He said he would come fix but he never showed up.
