The owner Nick is abrasive and hot tempered. When discussing problems with our service it seems like things are never his fault and he does not take responsibility for his workers actions. He convinced us to pay to drain the pool, pay for sandblasting, and start over with him. Then, in 8 months of service our pool still turned green multiple times. He defended that saying ?Pool Go green every now and again, it happens. No matter who you hire?. I was born and raised in Kailua and have never heard of pools going green multiple times in less than 8 months. Our pool has also often had large amounts of sediment and floating debris in that time and has not looked clean. Multiple weeks no one even showed up or contacted us that they had to reschedule etc. but Nick feels that is no reason to not pay for service. When we brought up our issues, he realized he hadn?t billed us and threatened to take us to small claims court less than a week after providing the invoice.

Very friendly and dependable

Nick started out well and responded qyickly. But then he didn?t finish and he said my motor of April 2017 was broken. He then subcontracted another person who replaced my motor at $1,256. I bought a $500 Zoduac cleaner from Nick which has not been hooked up. Pool is filthy again and he hasn?t called or come back in a month. Job never completed

Very professional service, they use equipment which adds in the cleaning that I had never observed before, and Nick makes it a point to check on his employees work every third cleaning if he physically does not observe and service the pool personally.
