Awesome workers came in a timely manner guys worked through bad weather and all to get the job done. Drainage work was great also grading work was excellent they kept the property clean and in good shape after all the work.

Our experience with Kaige a contracting was tremendous.

The employees who were at my house did not know how to do the jobs they were assigned. My wallpaper was wrinkled and would not stay on the walls. I wanted the wall panels I had, but they told me they could not get them unless they ordered them by the truckload. I found out later that was not true and ordered them myself. In their estimate, they said they were putting R30 insulation in my crawl space but only put in R19. They used plastic sheeting for my belly bag which could cause sweating. I was able to find the correct belly bag and they should have been able to as well. There were places that did not have any insulation at all. My water lines were not insulated at all, and the ductwork coming from my furnace going the length of my house was left completely outside of the insulation and belly bag. There was no belly bag up the entire center of my house. The carpet they laid was too far from the wall in places. In my living room, the carpet was in 3 noticeable pieces. There was a 1-foot swath that went clear across the room. I was told to run the sweeper over it about a million times and that my desk would hide most of it. There was also a 2x2 feet square which I was told to put a table over. The entire job was supposed to have taken 5 days. They were here for approximately 4 weeks and none of the work was completed. I had to hire other people to do the jobs again.

They came in on-time. Very responsive with the developer and with the engineering group that we used.
