I hired Kailua Concrete to do a foundation/slab for a garage. The project took over 7 weeks to complete and it was Poorly done. The rough opening for the garage door is incorrect. The front stem wall is shorter in length than the Blueprint called for. The finish work on the slab is shoddy.I called and sent text to Joel to have the RO fixed, and he called me back screaming at me with F Bombs flying. He then came out all mad to grind the concrete for an unacceptable fix. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY for foundation work!! I worked construction for over 39 years and have Never encountered a more Incompetent contractor!

Our job was particularly tricky, and Joel really had to stay on top of it. He was good at communicating through the entire process.
