I made the appointment online for my primary domencile to have a deep cleaning first thing on a Monday. Gisele texted to get the details of what I expected and her team showed up on time and we did a quick run thru of things that needed done. I came back that afternoon to a beautifully clean home. Baseboards were cleaned along with cabinetry and under the furniture. I will continue to have them come regularly to maintain my home.

Kajena Cleaning Services is easy to work with as they communicate promptly via text. They also use natural cleaning products so your place doesn't smell like cleaning chemicals when they're done.

Be very specific as to what you want cleaned. We had bookshelves full of dusty books from sheetrock dust. Even though I indicated all things needed a good dusting, I did not specifically ask them to clean these so they were not cleaned. Other than that I was very happy with the cleaning.

Had a small glitch on when they were coming and what time. We aren't used to a 1-3 starting time. However, once they were here they did a very good job. I recommend them.

Only had a little glitch at start re which date on calendar was setup for job-they had different than orig told me that I had put on my calendar-they fixed by coming on a Sat two days later, at no extra cost, and were on time. Cell phone service glitch when calling- couldn't connect to cell Mira had, the lady who did the work with others. The owner had trouble with English and communicating so she had Mira call. Overall they did great job and I would hire them again. Reasonably priced was to be $125 per hour for four people-and no, do NOT charge per person like some other companies do, and do NOT require minimun 2 hrs like other companies do, PLUS Mira was going to knock off $25 as one of 4 was sick and couldn't come. Still the group of 3 finished work in est 1.5 hrs. If it wasn't for communication prob they would get all 5 stars. Suggest confirm and repeat date you set up service.

They did a very thorough job. This is the first time I've had my house cleaned by an outside company and I am very glad I went with this service. Great job.

Very professional and extremely detailed. They were on time were amazing with respect to the how they treated our home. I've had multiple email conversations and they are always prompt in response and very friendly. This is the best our house has ever looked! So glad to have them come to our home weekly!
