The contractor had given excuse after excuse for the past two months and had not come to do the job that we had paid for in the amount of $5400.00. on 03/22

Provided estimate and took a large down payment in cash. Now he is nothing but excuses on why he can?t get to the job. From weather, has to finish other work, can?t get concrete. Just one excuse after another.
