I am a sole practitioner and registered architect with 30 years of experience designing custom and production homes, additions and remodeling projects. Architectural services include initial planning and budgeting, site feasibility and zoning analysis, investigation of design alternatives, preparation of contract drawings and specifications, assistance in contractor selection, monitoring the work during construction, and approving the contractor's progress payments. References will be furnished upon request.
