A little pricey for a one time cleaning, but the staff was very friendly and did a good job cleaning.

Dennis is great and always willing to accommodate any request. I really appreciate that they will try to place everything back exactly the way you had it displayed (when you get home, its almost like no-one was ever there except your house looks so clean somehow)

It truly saddens me to give a bad review but unless your Property Manager recommends a cleaning service for a move out DO NOT hire Kama’aina Cleaning Service, of Kapolei, Hawaii, they do the bare minimum and you may have to clean up after them, as I had to do. They broke a shower head and denied doing it, costing me some of my security deposit. I also would not recommend Home Adviser as a trusted way to find a house cleaning service, please do your research and find a reputable and honest company willing to back up their mistakes and damages they may cause. Beware if they give you discounts and try to turn things around and put blame on you. I have learned to cover all your bases and do your best to work with someone who knows how to run a successful business and leave a reputation of good service, kindness and satisfaction guaranteed!

Quick to respond, but broke my overhead light. Was willing to pay for repair but I denied payment. Cleaning was ok and got no hits on move out inspection

They were timely and had superb customer service. I felt the windows were a bit smudgy, under the sink garbage was forgotten but generally they were excellent. They were very expensive but I would use them again.

Jack of all trades. This family cleaning service is very thorough with every room they clean. Any specific requests to be cleaned. They are all for it. They are even willing to leave your bed fresh and clean for you to come home to. This family also are willing to even conduct minor Home repairs if needed. More help with one service. Very flexible with your own schedule. I’d recommend them to anyone, especially for people with a busy schedule like mine.
