We called and confirmed the price for fixing the towel rack. And he asked for $100more after he had done the job. He was very rule.

"Hi thanks Just for everyone who's seen the reviews we where agreed for the work done 150 I did what we agreed for but the Tenants who's there asking me to do other things and he said the home owner will be for it when I done the work and I asked the owner to pay me for other work I did she's yelling at me and she's not paying for the work I have it done for her"

Kamal Mahfoud is not licensed contractor. He did a terrible job working on my backyard patio 3 years ago. He charged me $16,000 and the job is not done correctly. The #ooring of the balcony cracked and leaked water causing water damage to the wood underneath. When I contacted him early this year, he came and looked at the job and agreed that the job is not done correctly and needs to be redone. Kept calling and texting him for estimated time to come back and 'x, always gave excuses and 'nally he asked me to pay $5000 Labor plus material. I was hesitant to ask him to do the job because I was sure that he will not do good job again. If the job will cost around $8,000 this time why you charge me $16,000 3 years ago. Don’t hire and shop around for competent workers

"hi there is story abut this project this lady call me for this job many time and she wasn't agreed with me price so i don't do any work for her myself. she's make a deal with guys working with me and i was out of the state when the guys did the work for her . the guys working for me did the work for her under my business name as (The fixer Mahfoud improvement) and the took the payment under my business name and then after three years she's call me and she want me to redo the work for her from my won money and when she has make the deal with the guys I did told her i have no responsibility abut this job . because i wasn't in USA and after three years she's want me to take a responsible abut something IM not the one who do it thank you so much for you time to read my comment"
