Mahfoud was prompt and professional and knew what he was doing. It was not cheap getting the job done, definitely above Angi’s average that I saw online. Still, I had a time constraint so better done than not.

Kamal himself is very rude and expensive. His technician Marty Thomson was very nice and efficient.

Kamal seemed nice when I met him first but it turned out he was difficult to work with when I had a question he raised his voice and talked about an assumption rather than answering my question. The crew he brought were kind people but did not seem to meet the expertise of the job. Although they did get the job done. So I am grateful they took on that difficult job, although I would not hire kamal again, due to difficulty communicating with him and I do not trust his expertise. When I told him about the difficulty communicating with him. He was very apologetic about it. Maybe he just had a bad day, who knows...
Response from The Fixer Mahfoud Improvement
"Hi I am so sorry I was not to will that day and I was not yelling at you maybe we missed understanding each other anywhere I am so sorry and also you was very close to us and we were doing a dangerous job and also you get me worried about the payment you was telling me you sent me the money and I don't receive any but anyway all is down thank you so much sorry about what happened to wish you all the best."

Kamal sent two of his guys out to do a couple handyman projects in our backyard - tie up a tarp on the roof of a pergola and assemble some outdoor heaters. They were super-easy to work with, great problem-solvers and extremely pleasant to have around our home for a few hours. Would absolutely use Kamal's service again - highly recommend.

The guy did a horrible job, I paid him $1,200 including $92 he spent on few required parts,I realized I was over charged after he left, the culling he did in my bathroom looks bad, the bathroom faucet he fixed leaks water, he got angry when I asked him if the light point switch he replaced works, he took offense for questioning his job...I will never come back here to hire a handy man..I paid this dude $1200 for nothing
Response from The Fixer Mahfoud Improvement
"hi I'm so sorry about all what you said maybe is it a misunderstanding and before I leave your house I did ask you if anything you don't like and I did explain to you what we did and you was there watching us and about the price I had come to your place before I start that job and I did give you estimate for the job you're asking for and you was agreed to all what I said. about the faucet leak you should call me and let me know is a leak then I will take care of it but before we leave everything we did was great and you were so happy anyway, thanks for your review and I'm so sorry again. wish you all the best, kamal Mahfoud"

Kamal was quick to contact me and was able to address the repairs same day. After diagnosing the issue with the toilet, he ran to the hardware store to get the necessary supplies to complete the job. Cost for his services was reasonable considering time spent and unexpected expenses incurred. I would highly recommend him for handyman services.

Fast Response. Pride in their work. No shortcuts. Worked very clean. They responded to our needs 100%. They put customers needs first and made sure we tested everything before they left. They were very professional. Above all, they did everything they said they would do and price was very reasonable.

With things as they are, we needed to convert our garden shed into an office. Kamal did an outstanding job. From clearing it out and cleaning to dry walling and flooring, he was careful, thorough, and professional. And he gave us a great price. Honest, friendly, and committed to excellence, we could not recommend Kamal highly enough. He went above and beyond our expectations.
