Great on small projects, but scheduling is a problem with longer/larger projects. Constant turn-over or change in assigned personnel reduces quality of service and increases completion date/time. Not too detail-orientated. Will re-hire and recommend for small projects that require little to no details.

Had an complete remodel of a 60's bathroom.Chris and crew were great from start to finish. They responded to every request and change I made, and his motto is his word, everything was done to my satisfaction. They even went above and beyond. The cost was much lower than competitors, but the quality was excellent. I am very meticuolus and they were up to the task with a smile. Make sure you ask for Eric as your foreman if you don't get Chris. 5 stars ...no hesitation.

My bathroom floor came out beautiful! They took the extra time to make sure the cuts were perfect. I am so happy with the way it came out I will be having them back to do my other two bathrooms.

Cost was fair. Work was done to my satisfaction. They were able to overcome the weird plumbing in my 50's house. They cleaned up after themselves and offered advice to me regarding the remaining remodeling. Yes I would use them again.

The two man crew worked hard, but were not careful to protect my property (ie., flooring, tub). They sometimes needed direction as they seemed to be under training. Working with Chris, the boss, was very good. He displayed integrity, was knowledgeable, and was concerned about customer satisfaction. I would use K&B Contracting again. The work they completed was well done.

We hired K and B to do the prep work prior to installation of granite countertops in our kitchen and after the granite was installed by another company come back and install the new kitchen faucet, under sink plumbing and install a garbage disposer. Chris ireplied within 24 hours of my first email request thru Service Magic. He came and gava an estimate for the work. There were multiple visits to coordinate all that needed to be done and there was never a problem with scheduling return trips. One minor glitch on installing the dishwasher water discharge hose to the dishwasher which Chris corrected himself. Price was fair, very pleased.

Chris willingly worked on remodeling the main bathroom of an old house (1915), a project that always has surprises. He was clear in his communications; gave a fair estimate; was flexible as we had to change plans as things developed. He showed up when he said he would and he cleaned up perfectly after each day's work. He was the only contractor who had experience refinishing a cast iron bathtub and he was willing to do anything we asked. We would definitely hire him again.
