We purchased a high-quality sliding patio door. The first panel failed, and was replaced without cost under the lifetime warranty. The second panel failed, and K&H refuses to honor the lifetime warranty to repair or replace the second failed panel. This is allegedly due to a sale of the company that allows them to unilaterally erase any previous warranty representations to their customers. I will never do business with K& H again, and I will never recommend them to my friends. I am very, very disappointed at being shafted under their misrepresented lifetime warranty sales pitch. That is not the way an honest company does business.

Great sales rep Dale! Everyone that I worked with was smart, fast and kind. Best customer service through my change orders. Great communication, I knew where my project was through every step because they were great about emails and text updates.

We got a free upgrade to triple pane windows which, in our experience so far, has been a good investment. The biggest downfall is how long that you need to wait from sales call to install. The tough part is the the windows are so big that these large trike lanes are very hard to slide/move right now. I hope it gets better because I wanted windows that easily slid due to my arthritis. Super heavy!! otherwise great experience.

Windows and trim look fantastic. Everything still looks and works great a year later. 10/10 I would recommend to a friend and use again for another window install.

Took the steps to ensure the work was done well.

The team that came to install my roof was very professional and I would highly recommend them. They were all done and ready to leave and I was sweeping out my garage because some little bits of gravel and things had fallen from them hammering. One of the guys jumped out of the truck and came with a leaf blower to help me with my sweeping. He didn't have to do that, but he did anyway. The team went above and beyond in my opinion, everything was cleaned up and they did a great job.

This was an excellent project from start to finish because of the professionalism of everyone involved. I would certainly recommend them and they are very deserving of the five starts I gave them in my rating.

From start to finish this roofing experience was the best. If I had to buy a new roof weekly I would be a permanent customer of K&H. From the estimate to finish was flawless. The workmanship exceeded any expectations I had before the job. If you want it done right, do it with K&H.

I am very pleased with K & H Home Solutions. They were there for me with any questions or concerns I had. I love the windows and doors, it is so much warmer and quieter. The contractors that did the install were excellent and did a great job. They also cleaned up all of the trash. I highly recommend K & H and the installers for new windows and doors!!!

Very professional. They were very patient and never pushy. When we told the salesman we were getting other quotes, he understood and gave us time to compare abd think. The installers did a greet job.

My husband and I just had our roof replaced by K&H and our experience could not have been better. I was a bit afraid going into this whole project being such a big purchase for us but Art, without even knowing that, came to our home and was so thorough and answered all of my many questions without me even asking most of them. Everyone did such a wonderful job and we can't thank you enough, just in time for winter too!
