Marlon came to give me an estimate to remove moss from the roof of my garage. He was ready to go so it was done that same day. He also power washed my garage all for a fair price. Marlon and his assistant were polite and professional. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend.

I hired this company to power wash my home and gutters. I never expected my house to look so good. They did a spectacular job - much better than any one I've used in the past. They cleaned areas that other companies had only done superficially and the results were wonderful. They cleared my clogged gutters spending time to be sure they were truly clean. I was thrilled with the results and we are discussing other projects that I would like to do.

Marlon went above and beyond. My house looks brand new, I am completely satisfied with his work. We hired him to power wash the house but he also did the roof and the decks. when he returned later that day, after the house had dried, he wasn't satisfied with the roof and said he'd be back another day to redo it. He's a wonderful man and very professional.

I found Marlen to be courteous and very personable. He arrived as scheduled and was able to clean my 20+ yr old siding including black mold on the northern exposures. He will be cleaning another property for me on Thursday.

I would say that although Marlon is a very nice guy, he's needs to learn to be more professional in running & operating his business. He said he'd supply me with phone numbers & names for referrals & never did. He was also going to give me numbers of other contractors that I needed, he never followed through with that either. His Van left oil stains in my driveway that he could not remove. In addition to the power washing job, I had him do a painting & spackle job of the interior of my garage. I'm now thinking it was his first spackle & painting job. He didn't tape off the woodwork trim, nor did he put down any dropclothes. There's excess paint and spackle everywhere. Needless to say, it was not up to our standards and he made more of a mess which I'm still cleaning up after 2 days. Stick to power washing Marlon, you did alright with that!! On the positive side, Marlon worked within my budget and was trying to please me as he knew I wasn't happy. (I'm considering this a learning lesson for myself to be sure to check references first and I'm hoping Marlon learns to step up his game also...because he really is a nice guy and I know his intentions were in the right place). He was 40 min late to start. He did a fairly good job but could have covered my deck furniture (Spatter ). I mentioned some stained drip spots and he said this happens but he did not address them.

This company powerwashed my deck and then sealed and stained it. They did a great job. They were very careful, they were particular that everything was done without missing a spot. They cleaned up after and made sure I looked it over before they left. I would recommend them to friends and family. They also used a high end product and the price was reasonable.

Marlon was very professional and tried hard to clean my old funky stove. After a few hours we both realized the desired result was never going to happen so we re-negotiated for another cleaning job. Good guy, tries hard to please!
