At a new home in Lake Arrowhead, had to solution drainage from a neighbor's yard as well as ensure our puppies were able to have a yard. Neighbor wasn't helpful but Michelle and Rich (the owners) were able to design, engineer and build a beautiful stone wall that solved all the problems, In addition, Michelle was able to advocate for us with the HOA where she is highly respected due to the many projects they do here. From the beginning, they were so easy to work with. Quick quotes that were very clear and detailed. Quick responses to any questions. Friendly. The work crew is efficient and extremely hard working. From start to finish this was the best home improvement experience we have ever had. Timely, complete and accurate estimate. An old wooden retaining wall was removed and the new wall completed in one day! On time work and best clean up ever. We were kept up on everything. We would absolutely recommend Quality Contracting for any stone work.

I was very pleased with Quality Contracting from start to finish. This was a big job entailing removal of a 12 foot decaying timber wall that held up our parking pad and replacing and enlarging the wall with concrete blocks and concrete. They gave me a timely and competitive quote, the work was completed as described and the crew as efficient and knowledgeable. They even went the extra mile by spreading pine straw to over the muddied areas and pressure washing around the area they worked. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The laid flagstone and the patio itself are beautiful. The finishing of the job was pretty sloppy. There is concrete all over my sliding glass doors and on the siding of my house. I will not be able to get the concrete off the siding of my house without the paint coming off. MIchelle and Rich were notified and said they would remove it. They did not. Also left plants unplanted. Good at stonework but leaves a mess. I should not have to pay to clean up after them.

Outstanding!! Quality Contracting did a dry-set flagstone patio with stacked stone fire pit and knee wall for us. From start to finish they were outstanding! Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive to texts/emails/calls. They started when they said they would and the whole crew was pleasant and polite while working diligently to make our vision become a reality. On top of that, they left our surrounding landscape as good as it was when they started. Most appreciated as we figured we'd have clean up to do! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quality Contracting!!

Quality Contracting made our families backyard dreams come true! We struggled with five kids on having a backyard that was flat and would accommodate everyone's wants and needs. My kids wanted a play set, trampoline and a area to play basketball. Michelle and Rich were able to come in our backyard and put a vision together. We didn't know where to start or how to tell them what we wanted but they did! Their whole crew was very professional and cleaned up everyday like nobody was ever there. They also finished very fast! All the materials they used were top quality. We are so grateful and appreciate them for giving our family the backyard we dreamed for!

My experience was good from the beginning. Richard, the owner, came out to do the estimate. I originally was looking to replace a large retaining wall and replace the grass around my pool area with stone, but as we were talking, I mentioned I need to get my driveway repaved at some point and get some stone borders installed on two walkways because the stone was washing out. Richard said he was confident they could do all the work and would give a nice discount if it was all done together. He followed up the next day with the estimate, and everything was on the paperwork and priced exactly how we discussed. It was a good first impression. I had received other estimates, so knew what the work would cost. Richard kept in touch with me during the process and was quick to answer any questions I had along the way. I appreciated that they did everything, as agreed, without me having to remind anyone or ask about things. I was very happy with the quality of the work done and appreciated they didn't nickel and dime me, either. I made a few last minute changes, Richard was happy to help, and he didn't charge me extraâ which was appreciated. I was especially happy with the clean up done after the work was complete. One nice surprise was the way they saw the bails of pinestraw I had to install after the work was done, and they installed it for me without me asking and didn't charge me for doing it. I highly recommend this company if you want to get your work done right, at a fair price, and with excellent customer service.

We had flagstone walks installed. The crew laid out the walk beautifully, installed the flagstone with great care and were very good at cleanup. The job more than met our expectations and is beautiful. The price was very competitive. We are thrilled.

Quality Contracting transformed our steep-sloped, bowl-shaped â backyardâ jungle in a matter of days into a gorgeous REAL flat lawn! We are BEYOND impressed with how it has turned out! They fixed major drainage issues, built a retaining wall and back-filled and sodded the new lawn. Itâ s now been several weeks after rains and tweaking the drainage, itâ s all running perfectly! We could not be happier with their professionalism and responsiveness. Highly recommended!

RIchard and Michelle were awesome. From the beginning , Michelle came out to give the estimate, provided the specific details of what would be done, cost. Once date was scheduled, MIchelle followed up to make sure we were ready. Day of doing the patio extension, Jesse and his crew came out and framed it in the morning, Richard and his crew met the concrete truck at specified time in the afternoon. Totally professional, finished product looked better than the original already in place. Richard and crew cleaned up, nothing left behind. These guys are the best.

I have to say this is my 2nd retaining wall experience and by far they have exceeded my expectations. From Customer Servce and sales Rich to the whole crew!! They all were super respectful to our property with a super hard working crew! They definitely went above and beyond.

Richard and his crew were absolutely amazing. Our project consisted of several parts: Grading, relocating boulder rocks, adding fill dirt where needed, removing trees, leveling the ground and preparing and laying sod. Which is absolutely beautiful. Working in the cold weather his crew of Seth, Travis, Jim and Chico along with several other crew members worked tirelessly to get the job completed in the timeframe we were promised. Once the job was completed, they moved all of the boulders to the location we choose. They didn't leave a mess either. They pressured wash our driveways (we have two), plus pressured washed our street. If you are looking for hard workers and a great company they are for you. I highly recommend this company and actually they are coming back in the spring to work on another area. Their prices are also very competitive.
