I had a multitude of small jobs and he handled them all efficiently and professionally. Ken is very likeable and wants to do the job right. I had a kitchen drawer that was sticking and he looked for new hardware but couldn't find the right kind; he lubricated the runner, which helped, and then proceeded to check all my kitchen drawers and did the same to them. He was here when he said he would be and did everything in a timely manner. I definitely will rehire him for future projects.

Real quality work and great value. Ken takes time to make sure everything is done to our satisfaction. He allowed the correct number of days for the wet mixed concrete to heal on the fence poles before moving on. All fence wood pieces are affixed by screws instead of nails. Great care is seen with his quest for quality and durability. Quality wood materials used as agreed and the project finished within the time frame stated. Price is reasonable.

In addition to the weather stripping Ken did some significant repair on my baseboards. He replaced/repaired throughout my house and painted some of the places that needed significant repair. He did a wonderful job. He is always respectful of my house and does a great job of cleaning up after his work. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.
