Installed gutters, however the downs were not the appropriate length from my landscaping edging(a couple were too long, and one was way to short). I called Kris and nicely asked him to come back when he gets a chance to gut down a couple, and add length to another one. He said he would come "next week" and call before he comes so I can show him what I'm referring to. Three weeks later he still hadn't called, and my wife called me at work saying some guy just knocked on the door saying he "fixed" the gutters. The funny thing is, I had already fixed all the downs myself because I had never heard back from him. Terrible communication...

Big mistake in hiring them!. Kris agreed to match the price from another company and I agreed for work to be done on his schedule as they were very busy. Work was ok, except they routed one down spouts the wrong way (in the middle of the driveway) and asked for more money to have it buried and drain on the side. Said there was no need to install gutter on the second level in front of the house (above porch) - rain proved them way wrong! Association did not approve the location of the down spout had to be put on the side of the house as all the neighbour. I contacted them in June - promised to fix. Never came-it's Sept08!

I hired them for an extra $50.00 to fix my gutter in 10/07 to only find out that this was either NOT done or done very poorly. I also mailed my check out to them as soon as I received there bill, but was phoned at work wanting to know if I sent payment. Would not recommend them at all! Looking to replace the gutters that they were suppose to fix.

They were friendly, but they just blew the leaves in my yard and did not pick them up. The people I had last year, picked them up and charged less. I lost there card though!

K and L was on time and worked hard, even in very hot temp. The estimator was friendly and knowledgeable and detailed. The installers asked if we had questions before they started and answered our questions during the installation. Our roof is a cedar shake roof, a bit more difficult than regular straight asphalt roofing and they did a great job on it. The only suggestion I have is that they might make it easier on customers if they offered credit card payment, not just cash or check.
