Home Theater System or Media Center - Install
I have the email and text to verify that an appointment was set up for installation of our in home sound system. They were to arrive between 8 and 9. I waited around all day, called and text several times to see what was happening. No one had the courtesy to call or text to let me know they wouldn't be coming to do the installation. They seemed very nice and willing to do the job over the phone--and then nothing. I still have not heard from them even after replying to their verification email to ask about the issue.

I worked with Keith LaRue and he assisted in planning, designing and finally installing video surveillance systems in 23 locations throughout Iowa. The installations went flawlessly, were completed on-time and under the budget that I was given. I will use K & L Technical Services again.
