Very good communication from Kevin about how the repair would be made. The worksite was left tidy and my property was respected.

I have owned over 25 homes, most of which needed repairs. I met Kevin during a remodel of my last home, which took several months. Kevin works from a written contract where he itemizes up front the work to be done and the project amount. Any changes are done by a written change order. At all times, I knew where Kevin was on the contract and what he lacked in terms of completion. Kevin answered or promptly returned every call I made to him. He is pleasant and easy going. My tenants and neighbors also spoke highly of Kevin. My advice? Hire him!

Ken does outstanding work. He is there when he says he will be and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the work performed, he moved a wall for me enlarging my laundry room to install new drywall completely through the room. I will use him again on some other projects I have coming up. Also, he does a complete cleanup after he completes his work, Great work, and service.
