I hired K&S to pour a new driveway for an older rental house, and I was extremely pleased with the work done. The total cost was considerably less than competitive bids, and the quality of work was very good. I would not hesitate to recommend this contractor to others.

The drive way looked good when Skippy finished but he was in constant need of cash making me wonder if there was a cash flow problem with this company. I also called after the job was completed to ask that he clean up the area a little better. He wouldn't return my phone calls.

Skippy is very easy to work with. He offers meaningful suggestions on the project and is also very open to input from the customer. It is obvious that he wants the customer to be happy. We were very pleased with the overall result (demolish existing deck, replace with approx 900 sq ft of stamped concrete patio with lots of drainage, and build brick retaining wall with stucco finish and bullnose brick top) We did have some minor concerns about the work flow (it seemed to us to be a bit disjointed), but the finished product does speak for itself, and we would recommend this group - we anticipate them doing other things in the near future.

Overall, K&S provided a great product at a fair price. We will be using them again.

Good service but did not match other concrete aprons on the block I requested it to look the same.

They were very affordable. They were timely in their response to my inquiry and got the job done in a quick an efficient manor. I am very impressed with this company and will use them in the future if needed.

K&S concrete was very professional in his concrete work and very reasonably priced. He was right on time and performed all the steps required for a long lasting and good looking concrete job. He preped thed and leveled the area,placed and compacted the base rock,laid and tied the rebar,poured and finished the concrete and placed fracture scores in the concrete. I am so impressed with his work on my driveway I am having them put in a concrete patio for me. K&S concrete is outstanding

They have stayed within their time line, plus doing all the work that was contracted. I would certainly recommend them.

They gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work I originally planned, then I added to the project and got a new reasonable price. I chose them also because their presentation to me convinced me they did good work, and that proved true. They made suggestions to me about improvements to the original plan, and I agreed. Kipi and his crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, knew what they were doing, answered all my questions, and were a pleasure to work with. My eyesore of an old driveway is gone, and that plus the other work they did makes me very happy to recommend them without hesitation.
