My roof was old (installed in 1975) and I knew it needed to be replaced. However, when a con man tore off shingles, the project needed to be done now. I contacted six companies and got quotes. TJ and K&S werenâ t either the least or the costliest. TJ did an excellent job explaining the process and suggesting the color. Katie did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the schedule. The crew arrived on time and completed the project in one day and at the agreed price. I could not be happier with K&S. I highly recommend them and will use them on any future projects.

Best contractor off of Home Advisor. What do we all complain about? Follow up right! TJ and Katie did a great job communicating with us every step of the way. TJ even helped us pick out the right colors for the project. We have referred them to our neighbors already and will continue to do so.

K $ S did an awesome job from start to finish. Steve explained everything from start to finish. He even supplied samples. He explained about quality of materials and labor. He treated us fairly and honestly. Our project started in about a week's time and completed within four days. The roof was done in less than a day and so was the gutters and soffits. The house looks great with the new roof, gutters, and soffits. Everything was cleaned up when the crews left. Awesome job!

Steve was very helpful and took the time to explain different materials, vents and other equipment used to replace our roof. They got our roof done in 1.5 days and invited us to come up to view the roof and go over things that were being replaced and fixed during the process. He walked us through picking materials as well and we couldn't be more pleased with the roof.

Steve explained all aspects of the roof tear down and installation of the new roof. The work was efficiently done, clean up was very good. Steve even encouraged us to go up and inspect our roof to see the quality work that had been performed.

They responded right away and came out to give us an estimate within a day or two. We had 3 estimates and all were very, very close in price. TJ explained everything to us on our first meeting of him and presented us with a folder full of information and also background info of the business. Very professional! They will be back soon to finish the soffit & gutters and reside our house.

I got estimates from many professionals, but Steve of K&S General Contracting stood out right away. He took the time to get to know me and my family, and to explain features and products so that I was comfortable with my choices and decisions. He and Katie were very professional and helpful. Calls were returned right away. His team did a great job with the roof. It looks wonderful and the work was done quickly with a perfect clean up. I have three little kids, and there was not a nail or scrap anywhere on my property. (Believe me, they would have found it!) I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone needing quality work done.

We needed a new roof for our house and K&S General Contracting did an amazing job. they were very professional, and took the time to clean up afterwards. Steve was very personable and an honest straight forward guy making our decision easy to choose them. We are very satisfied with our new roof and would hire K&S General Contracting again.

My roofing quotes were all in the same ballpark $-wise. Decided to go with K&S because of the quality product they use to underlay the roof, not to mention the gorgeous brown shingle I got - Mission Brown. I thought I knew what color I wanted til TJ pulled out this color. My house is a lighter colored brick w/darker brown windows and this shingle color is perfect! Let it rain....I have a beautiful, new roof :)

K&S is fantastic, we were hit by a storm in July and had to replace the siding, soffit, fascia, and roof on our house. TJ came out quick to do an estimate and if my wife or I had any questions he would never avoid us. He took the time to walk through the insurance estimates with us and made sure that we understood everything. They also went out of their way to find a solution to the hideous brick that we had left in the front of our house that matched the old siding but not the new and I can't thank them enough. If you are on the fence about hiring them, jump off because you will be hard pressed to find a better company.

We'd gotten quotes from other contractors that were either too pushy on their high price or only wanted to do quotes online without coming to talk to us. Steve came to the house, was down to earth, fully explained his product and our options, and worked a fair price into what we wanted. Other than the required hammering when putting down the new roof, we probably would never known the roofers were there. Steve also came by the house afterward for a quality check and to ensure we liked what we got - we did. Windows are our next project an K&S will be our first call.

We experienced severe hail damage to our siding and roof, requiring a complete replacement of both. K&S was professional every step of the way in helping restore our home. They worked with our insurance company, and delivered a quality product on time and on budget. TJ conducted a sound initial inspection and gave us a solid estimate with no surprises popping up along the way. The only chang orders that occurred were minimal and were either initiated by myself or presented as an optional add value for aesthetic reasons. TJ and his crew not only restored our home, but helped us update and modernize its aesthetic as well. The end product far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I am an Architect, so I say this having experience with both exceptionally good and exceptionally bad contractors; K&S is a top notch company with professional and well trained crews, and one that I would happily hire again.

Very professional from the start. TJ was very helpful by offering ideas to get around potential issues. He also spent a good deal of time up front explaining why the product being used was first-rate. The crew cleaned thoroughly.

In addition to installing a new shingled rood, they also installed new gutters, vinyl siding, and window and door trim. All the work performed was on schedule and the work site was always cleaned at the end of the day. The quality of their work was exceptional! I have had many people come to by home to tell me I beautiful my home looks and requested the contact information of the contractor who did the work. My wife and I now feel that we live in a model home thanks to K&S. If your looking for a contractor who is very detailed oriented and who's quality of work is of the highest rating and at a fair market price, I would highly recommend K&S.

I cannot say enough about K&S, and especially TJ. From the day he came out to do the original estimate, through the final walk through he was always in contact and kept me updated. The wife and I had a little issue with our original color choice. When he came out with samples we realized it would not work with our current window colors. TJ spent a ton of time with us suggesting other color combos. He also was very patient while waiting for us (ok, me) to make a final decision. We trusted his suggestion, and could not be more happy. Our house looks great. The crews he had working on the house were friendly, professional, and did an awesome job. They even commented that that like to work with K&S, and being a small business owner myself I can appreciate knowing that they treat their employees well. I am very hands on when it comes to home remodel projects, K&S let me be involved in every step as much as I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
