Joe and Anthony took on a nightmare of a bathroom project for me that no other contractor would respond to, let alone take on. Both were professional and friendly and courteous, and the finished results were more than I expected. I plan on hiring them for another job in the future, thanks again!

I had used Joe previously and really liked him. I called him back to help with bathroom tile and decided to have him do a concrete overlay in our kitchen and upstairs bath. It is a complete DISASTER - not just cracks but the entire thing is actually peeling up and I have a couple holes in my floor now (one is 2X2 feet!). I am obviously disappointed with quality of work and product but most awful is Joe PROMISED that if there was any issues with the floor he would be here to fix them!!! I reached out to Joe in April when first crack appeared and he PROMISED he would return to fix it. I have contacted him close to 10 times and he no longer even responds to either my calls or texts. SO VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED and guess I am completely out the money since I now need another floor to replace the one Joe installed! Nice guy, terrible business man!!!!

Joe is a pleasant and knowledgeable fellow. He arrived at his appointment on time. He discussed various options for the work proposal. Upon completion of his work on our travertine floor it look as good as the day we installed the tile. He offered several tips on care and maintenance of the stone.

This was a concrete overlay project. Joe knew EXACTLY the root cause of the color lifting issue, we had been experiencing since the original stamped concrete was installed. Joe is very knowledgeable in applying a new overlay product "Concrete Protector" that addressed our issue. Frankly, before Joe arrived, we were seriously considering removing and redoing all of the concrete work. Joe recommended Concrete Protector, which SAVED US thousands of dollars and resulted in minimal lawn damage. Joe communicated effectively as the project progressed. He was on-time, polite and respectful of property, plants, etc. The finished product is the envy of the neighborhood. It looks great!! My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the results.

I hired Joe to repair a tile wall from a plumbing problem. The tile was old,unavailable to replace He plastered the wall to match the color of the old tile as well as made it look like the tile on all of the walls. He is an excellent plasterer and a very nice man. He was prompt and stayed in contact with any change in scheduling. We are having Joe do more work at the present time.

I am scheduled for the repair next Tuesday. However, with that said, to this point, he has been very professional in assisting me with the selection of materials to be used and he ordered them. I really like working with this contractor.

Marginal job. Grout haze left on walls, flooring, and tub hich by the time we visited the hose had set making it very diddicult to clean. There were “globs” of grout along the edges which spilled onto the adjacent door and window trim. Thiugh cannot confirm It appears he justed rubbed fresh grout over existing wall and floor without a proper steam clean.

Joe Kane did a mediocre job on my shower stall and a poor job in customer service. He finished the job on October 11th and I called him on the 12th to voice my dissatisfaction. The walls had grout haze and the floor looked like it was barely touched. He stated he would come back but didn't know when because of personal issues. Numerous calls and no result until he came out on November 30th. He agreed that he needed to clean the haze off the walls and redo the floor as he guarantees his work. He promised to come on December 4th. He was a no show and not even a courtesy of a phone call. I waited another week to see if he would call or show up. I'll let you know if he comes back does the right thing.

Did an excellant job cleaning our shower shall tile and making it look brand new . Very easy to communicate with, arrived on time and did job in a professional way. Cleaned up also. Not east to find a person willing to do this dirty job but he passed with flying colors
