Everybody I dealt with from Kane's was nice, polite, and professional. They were very prompt in returning my calls or messages. They took the time to explain everything I was going to need. The technicians arrived at the times they said they were going to without making me wait. The installation process was fast and uneventful.

Everyone from the staff who set up my consultation, Ryan who came out to give me an estimate and show me my options, to the two gentleman who came and set up my new unit were very helpful and professional. It only took 5 days from the day I chose the unit to the finished install. Today we got the unit installed and it only took less then 4 hours. I highly recommend Kanes heating and air. We are happy that we won't be sweating inside this summer!

I had to replace my 27 year old and not up to code unit. Called Kane Heating and Air for a quote and they were able to schedule me an appointment with Ryan the next day he set me up with a great unit cant wait to see the savings fast forward past the Mega Ice freeze in texas. Gabriel and Billy were at my house on time and ready to work. They were very respectful as well as answering all of my questions no matter how dumb and cleaned up after themselves it was like they were never here. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Two business days after installation I was being threatened with turning me into collection if I did not pay immediately. It was a rental property and I had not even seen the work at that time.

sales person should never voluntarily add extra to the work and not meet up to the expectation as the day arrives. installers had a different instructions as from initial visit.

You only get what you pay for. I received a bid to replace my outside Central AC and inside gas furnace. The work crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of installation outside and inside and installed a new drain line under the house. The unit is rated 16 SEER and the airflow from this Trane unit is amazing because the crew made sure the ductwork was properly attached. If you want an excellent brand and great work crew: Kane Ac is the place to call. You will be pleased when the job is complete.

Replaced a complete system in my house. They had competitive pricing for the system I wanted. They listened to my request and made suggestions to achieve my request. Installation was completed in one day. They came out the following day to perform air balancing. They took the Oncor rebate direct from the price so I didn't have to mess with it. I will update on system performance, but as of now I am happy with it.

They were very helpful and did a good job and did a follow up the next day.
