I called Kanga after getting information from Home Advisors. They came out and did an inspection. Told me that the roof could be repaired and probably should have a new roof put on in the next few years. They gave a good price to repair the roof and porch roof; they also gave a price for a new roof. For now, I just had them repair roof and will probably have they put on a new roof in the next couple of years.

Showed up on time to examine my leaking roof. Examined the likely site, went up on the roof and cleaned some debris. Told me that I didn't need any work done - the debris was causing the problem - and refused to charge me for his time. There has been no more leaking since his visit. Honesty like that is something to be treasured. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

Catalina arrived on time, was very pleasant and polite. After looking at my gutter, Catalina told me my gutter could be repaired vice replaced. I was very pleased and relieved because he could have told me that I needed to replace it, which would have been more money. I appreciated his honesty. Sharon

very pleasant and knowlegable. he was the only estimator who actually went to the roof to see the problem. They scheduled a time at my convience to fix the problem. THey came when promised and did an excellent job at the quoted price.

The company called me right away after I placed the project request. They sent the service person to do the estimate within 2 hours. Since my project is very small, which only need to re-attach several downspout straps blown loose by a strong wind, the service person fixed it right away with reasonable price. Although my project does not require much expertise, but the person did a good job securing the downspout straps. I think this company is very professional, I would not hesitate to use them again.

The performed the job as best they could. I need a new roof. I reported that the leak will still there three times they came out to try to fix it again and again. He should have taking the time to run a hose to test for leaks instead of waiting for rain. I was a small job and gives me a little more time before I need it replaced.

They did a thorough inspection of the job, and provided an on site estimate. The job was done in a timely manner with a slight additional charge for decayed wood encountered when the old roof was removed. All in all I was very pleased with the work that was done.

A-1 Roofing was an excellent service. The gentleman doing the repair did an excellent job and was extremely friendly. The reason I do not give a 5 star rating was due to severe confusion with the person providing the scheduling and communication at the main number. I had taken the day off to meet with the person to give the estimate, and I was called at 10 AM on the day of the estimate by the scheduling person saying that he had no one available and could they please reschedule for 6 days later! I was not very happy with this and he was also never very clear about when the person would arrive for the estimate. He refused to give a time window
