Ceiling Fan - Install
After installation, there was an issue with the fan, they came back to check and found the problem.Had to order new fan and they will re install it.They were c professional, conscientious, polite, courteous, accommodating,getting done what needs to be done....good people. At the point when I called them to come back and reinstall the fan they were not cooperative, it was a dispute between myself and them as I seen it as a customer service issue and them looking at it as doing me a favor. No one knows if the actual fan was damaged by the installation or a defect. I ended up having to hire a different contractor to install it, that contractor mentioned the electrical box was plastic and recommended to use a metal box to better anchor the fan to prevent any future problems.

"This very unfortunate that you review our company based on this situation and lie about it. You and your wife definitely vouched that you in fact damaged the ceiling fan while moving your bed with posts. We was going to do the job again for free but only when we had time. We didn't have to do that for you but was willing to. The fan box we used was in fact a fan box, plastic or not is listed for hanging a fan. That same box is used everywhere to install ceiling fans. When we left the first time everything was working fine, when we came back after your call one of the blades was cracked in half. Tried to trick us but sorry."

Satisfied with the quality and speed of installation of two (2) ceiling fans...Unsatisfied with the price as was asked to pay extra for a fan wall switch, which should have been included in agreed upon price...

"Mr. Robert, I am sorry you feel this way, unfortunately, if you request extra work it will cost extra. I installed a fan control device in place of a regular switch, I even had to pull all wires out and redo splicing because device couldnt fit. You weren't aware of putting in a fan control in your wall until I brought up that option and then you went to store to pick it up. Not at all part of installing a fan. My rates are $50 for fan control and $125 for each fan, ended up installing 2 fans and that fan control for $260 a $40 discount, professionally installed with 1 year warranty on workmanship, I think thats a pretty good deal."

Although he didnt order the double wall oven, he knew it wouldnt fit the area without moving the electrical box but left the box anyway. Instead of saying that it wouldnt fit. I paid him $560.00, original bid was $400.00 and was left with the oven sticking out of my cabinets. It was just awful.

"Sorry to hear but we both know that the $400 I quoted was for 1 single oven hookup. When we got there it was a double oven, a cooktop and an undercab light that wasn't wired which wasn't discussed. Thats 2 appliances and 1 light compared to the 1 appliance as originally quoted. When we got there you were very sure that the oven was the correct size that it was the exact size of the old one. We trusted you. You and your father insisted on us leaving the oven in as it was and were going to cut cabinets to make it fit. Sorry you felt this way."
