Concrete Foundation Repair
Interestingly, when Kansas Basement and Foundation Repair came out, it turned out that we didn't need that repaired and the service specialist told us that very thing. The honesty was amazing. Another company said the foundation was a disaster and it would require $10000 to repair and it was only a porch foundation. I was very impressed. If and when I do need this type of repair, they will be the first I call.

The inspector came out and never went down to the crawl space. He claimed that I did not have a problem with my foundation. The next week I had 40 feet of seal plate replace by another contractor. I have also been told that my house has dropped an inch in one area and could be fixed.

The jack hammer caused some damage to other parts of the basement that were not repaired prior to them leaqving the job. What they were hired to do was good work but I think if the crew causes damage in the course of process it should be repared prior to leaving the job rather than expect the home owner to repair it later.

1. They contacted us within a short time frame and established an appointment. 2. They called prior to the appointment to determine if the time and date was still okay. 3. They showed up on time and greeted me; same time showing credentials. 4. They completed an evaluation of my outside and basement and completed a comprehensive review of the problems of my basement drainage. and 5. Completed a free estimate showing all of the work and labor necessry to repair problems with diagrams.
