Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They stopped using felt at the guttering and the job leaked. They would not repair it and repairs were $2,000. We tried to sue but their office address was bogus.

I found that Dave was very charming and seemed to care. Sadly, when there were problems we received a run-around and many missed appointments.

Promises made were broken over and over. Work not completed, after 3 months. Excuses of weather, unable to get product, their schedule. Deck is still incomplete in a hazardous condition. Deck floor boards are still missing. Only work done in 3 months was a power wash and pulling of 3 deck floor boards. No permit. Deadlines NEVER met. Left me, a Senior, with upset neighbors and with violation of our HOA by laws. 3+ months for incomplete work for $275+. Will not use or ever refer again. Dave and Steve. Never in their office off Ridge & Central in Wichita. Wonâ t return calls or texts. Integrity completely lacking. Everyone else is more important than you the customer. Great lip service. Always disorganized, scattered, no show, and in panic mode. Please do not ever use Kansas Exteriors with Steve & Dave. 1 Star Rating. 11/17/23.
