I hired this company and they blew out my front room wall with their expanding spray foam, destroyed pieces of my home*s exterior siding and left spray foam stains on most of the remainder. The vinyl siding on my home is less than two years old. I contacted the company who I trusted to install the siding less than two years ago. They came and bid what it would take to replace the destroyed and stained pieces. My home has to be pieced back together. KS Spray Foam LLC thinks the bid is too high. They want others to come bid it. I want this to be over. Please do NOT use KS Spray Foam.

"I am sorry that this worked out this way. We felt it prudent on our part to get the customary three bids to ensure fairness. The sheet rock repair was a crack not a blow out because the sheet rock was hung with nails not screws which was scheduled to be repaired immediately. As for the siding, we have tried to work with you on this but your refusal to allow us to follow the normal process in handling these matters has caused our issues. We are still willing to resolve this matter. We are a family owned small business - we have a process for these unfortunate situations to ensure we pay a fair price for repairs. Please allow us the opportunity to make this right. We have installed spray foam insulation successfully in hundreds of homes. I do apologize for this unfortunate situation."

They try to make you happy as a customer but it still took a lot of feedback pointing out low spots. It would have been better to not have any low spots for me to point out. I would have been way happier if I didn't feel like they were trying to get away with going thin here and there. I'm still not sure I got my money's worth especially after the delays dealing with broken down machinery. But they did their best and did a good job cleaning up, even cleaning up a few areas outside where the foam went through the cracks between sheet metal panels.

Only guy who gave me a quote on the job site and I didn't have to bug him for quote. I contacted three other companies who never followed through on visits and/or quotes after repeatedly contacting them. Did what he said on time and as agreed. No complaints other than he has a really ugly dog.

He was very professional and worked with us on our schedule. He answered all of our questions and we feel he went above and beyond what was expected. After he finished the job in our crawl space he waited until my husband arrived home from work because I was not going down in the crawl space. He wanted to do a walk thru with him before payment. We would definitely hire him again.
