i never followed through with the project. The owner was very professional and personable. i had a problem with a 500.00 nonrefundable retainer with a vague projected start date. i was concerned that he would postpone the project due to the vagueness of the project start date. If he changed the date and i backed out due to the time frame i needed the project i would be out 500.00. i get the impression he provides great product but i was made to feel my project wasnt that important to him. Perhaps it wasnt big enough. He seemed very knowledgeable.

Project not started yet. Due to begin in June John is very professional, seems to know his business very well. He explains every step to us and is available to answer all of our questions. We trust him so much, we are having him do our remodel while we are back north.
