Karbella Construction

An overall horrible experience. They intimidated me into paying three times the original quote. I am an 81 year old widow and they had their fingers in my face and everything. Now I can not sell my home because of the damage they did.

On 04/14/2020 Karbella's replaced our roof. My wife and I are very impressed with this company. From estimating through the installation process everyone was punctual, friendly, courteous and kept us informed throughout the installation. We were amazed that when they were done and left the job you could not tell a crew was there installing a roof. That is how well the cleaned up. We got three estimates, Karbella's was the lowest. We highly recommend this company. If we need work in the future they will be the 1st ones called.

Had roof leakage in the spring. Karbella repaired the leak and came back to repair loose shingles until the weather warmed enough for a full replacement. There was no extra charge for caring for repairs until they the replacement. Dealing with Shane was awesome! Service was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend using Karbella!

Karbella installed a new concrete step. After the first winter, the step was scaling badly, showing the aggregate. When I called, I was told that they would replace the step. When I did not hear further, I called again, got an apology and was told it would be scheduled shortly. Subsequently (few months), my calls have not been returned. Very disappointed.
