Missed appointments, damaged veneer on door. Installed locks but not a seasoned pro. Door closes roughly and needs to be refinished. Miles above the clowns Amazon sent out but not a five star pro either. Realistically a C student--passed the class but with a gentleman C.

Just do not feel this was their primary business. The worker got the job done but it was more than double the time he gave us, and I am not sure it was A #1 job. He was pleasant.

While the work as done well, and the service tech was pleasant, my appointment was rescheduled 3 times and on the 2 occasions he did show up he was over an hour late. Even after texting to say he was on his way and would arrive in 20 mins, it would be more than an hour before he actually arrived.
