she is a nice person but she is still learning how to clean. Need to know what cleaning products clean the best and to best apply them so they do the job. Also do not know if she has a Liability policy in case their is a lost or mishap that would need to be covered by insurance. I think over time an more experience she would do fine. But at my age we just don't have that time.
