Karen was very professional and easy to work with. She did a great job.

Karen was conscientious and hard working. Reorganizing the kitchen was a difficult job, but she handled it well. I am planning to hire her again in a couple days.

Karen is very nice and responded immediately. However, I asked for additional ideas and paint colors for our house and never heard from her again. Did not finish the job.

Karen has some good ideas and she is creative. I have issues with her integrity and Customer Care which I find lacking. Karen had her guy "Raoul" do my floors. This was her flooring guy she worked with for years. That is where the problems started. He was unlicensed and that ended up causing me headaches. I assumed since she said she was professional that she'd only send over licensed workers but not the case. Karen made him out to be special and above the rest but he wasn't. He just charged me a lot and laid it down improperly. He also didn't smooth the sub floor. He also left a lot of the work for me to do even though his prices were way above standard. He laid the floor with many of the exact tiles right next to each other leaving repeats all over the place. One section in my house six tiles are all next to each other creating a huge light area. I am upset because I paid top dollar for a floor to last maybe 20 years and now I have to live with ugly repeats. When I told Karen this she just deflected and ignored totally not caring about the results of her actions. This is her guy. Being unlicensed I cannot seek recourse with the contractors board. Karen put me in this situation yet she won't help out. Karen always said she was professional and would save you money. She isn't being profession and I actually paid MORE, much more using her. She didn't tell the truth to Home Advisor either. She said "I told Home Advisor he was licensed" I said "Okay Karen if he is licensed give me his contractors license and I'll take down my review" Silence. It was lie. It would have been so much wiser for her to simply say "I am sorry, I made a mistake" and try to make it up in some way. But no she is stubborn and totally absent when things go wrong.

Karen is very responsive and creative. Helped is with great ideas and recomendations.

Karen is a breath of fresh air with great taste and design! She is professional as well as personable and has a beautiful sense of humor. Easy to work with and is quick with communicating and getting the job done. Mrs. Patterson will go above and beyond to make the design your own!

Her creativity is beyond. Whatever you are looking for she can do. Used her for 10 years and 3 homes. Not only does she do every day but decorates for parties and holidays and renderings.

We have used Karen for 10 years in our home and 3 rentals. Unique ideas and does work economically.
