Karla's Cleaning Services

**3 Stars** I hired Karla for a one-time move-in/move-out cleaning for a 1,000 sq. ft. home. The place was almost completely empty, and the total was $250. On the positive side, Karla was excellent to deal with. She gave a same-day quote, was very responsive, and arrived right on time. She is incredibly friendly and professional in her communication. However, the cleaning itself lacked the detail needed for a move-out. Despite the house being almost empty, she was only there for about 2.5 hours, and I ended up spending an additional 3 hours cleaning after her to get the place tenant-ready. I specifically asked for the walls to be a focal point, but I had to scrub them myself, along with the baseboards and grime around the doorframes and windows. She did forget the cabinets initially, though she came back to finish them once I called. I think Karla would be excellent for standard maintenance cleaning, but for a deep move-in dive on an almost empty home, I expected more.

Nailed the job and I would highly recommend it!

I was excited to hire bc of all of the excellent reviews, but i am disappointed with the results. I feel like the cleaning was mediocre at best for what I paid.

Karla and her team did an incredible job cleaning the house. All the rooms, windows, baseboards and floors were wonderfully clean and crisp looking. The kitchen, bathrooms and appliances sparkled. Thank you ladies!

They did not show for the appointment, and never called me. I was turning over a rental unit, this really put me in a bind. I would not use this seevice or Home advisor ever again

I would give the crew a 6 if it was available. The crew came in, did there work and were very professional and they had a very big job. I was really impressed with how they tackled it. I also appreciated the great customer service. I was so impressed I am signing them up for regular service!

Karla and her team did a terrific job. She was immediately responsive, arrived promptly the next day to give an estimate and completed the job two days later, a day earlier than scheduled. My expectations were exceeded, and the attention to detail was amazing. The entire experience was very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend them.
