Karla is prompt and courteous. She works fast and does a good job. I worry about the rags and sponges being contaminated. The house smelled great however after a day the house started to smell like pee and my house has never smelt like that. I was quoted $160-$180 over the phone. She and her co-worker worked 4hrs and charged $210 so $55 an hour. The highest I was quoted from other small or individual service was $40hr. Disappointed :(
